+82 Girls: It's kind of akward when you get in a lane at store, place your bra or tampons on the conveyor belt, and find out the cashier is a guy, amirite?

We don't care. It's a natural part of life. It's not like you were going to get any either way.

It's just more comfortable for a girl to do it. And it's still akward. Maybe you don't care, but admit it, it's akward.

<---boy. . . Okay, if you make it awkward then it's going to be awkward. Stop avoiding eye contact. Look, being a cashier you see people come out of the store with an odd assortment of products for example: Condoms, cucumbers, lubrication.

It's kind of "akward" when you misspell "awkward". I don't buy tampons anymore and the cashiers at clothing stores are normally female. Even if they weren't, buying a bra isn't a big deal at all.

Yeah it's totes awkward to be buying things that you need and every other female on the planet needs from a person who is aware that you need those items and sees them everyday.

You can usually just look ahead to see who the cashier is before you put your things on the belt.

I just wink at him to make things more awkward for him than for me.

I guarantee it's way more awkward for him than it is for you. It's really no big deal to be buying those things; almost every single female will find themselves in that situation, so it's important to just try to get over it.

I once got a bra and it was only when I was at the checkout and the male cashier scanned it that I realized it came with a thong. I WAS 12.
