None of these laws are actually used in practice anymore. Some of them might still be written in the books but if someone were to challenge the law it would be taken to the state or supreme court and removed. That's how US laws work - many of them are unconstitutional, but until someone bothers to challenge them they remain.
I'm definitely a Christian, but you can't say that people who aren't Christians can't hold office...that's the type of judging and hateful speech that gives the rest of us a bad name.
