It annoys you how, in most games, just because a sniper has a scope on it, firing it from the hip causes the bullet to land a mile away from the spot where you thought it would land, amirite?

Not really. It's done to keep the game balanced. I find it more annoying when a sniper can outmatch a shotgunner in CQC.
