My mum's australian, my dad's half finnish and half welsh, I grew up in england but the place i've lived longest is China. I live there now, but im gonna go to college in the US so im in the US for the summer right now checking out colleges

I've done that to people too. Some people already think that we own emus and kangaroos, and that we ride kangaroos to school, that's when I tell them that we don't actually ride our kangaroos to school, but we ride our emus to school, because we would slide of our kangaroos, it's easier to stay on an emu than kangaroo.

I usually just say I'm from Australia, when I'm actually from New Zealand because when I say I'm from New Zealand on the internet, no one knows where that is. It's just easier to say Australia and not have so many questions.
