While I mostly agree with this, under certain circumstances there is a point to it. Like, I recently went to sailing camp, and they confiscated everyone's phone (including my iPhone), but allowed us to have iPods. So I bought a Nano a week before so that it might actually be possible for me to fall asleep on a boat in a dock with a bunch of drunks partying on their speedboat.

The iPhone only goes up to 32 GB, so if you have a LOT of songs, you would need an iPod.

All of my friends who have iPhones still keep their iPods because they don't want to run their phone battery down listening to music. I have a kin twom which has a built in 8 gb zune (same os as the zune hd) and I still keep my iPod

Zune is the way to go. Every time I hold an iPod I feel like I could just crush it with my hand or that if I accidentally dropped it, it would shatter into 1000 pieces.
