Beauty is in the eye of the beholder ;)

There's actually a scientific reason for what we find beautiful. People who have symmetrical faces/bodies tend to be viewed as more beautiful because symmetry promotes healthiness and biologically that's what we respond to. So it's not really in the "eye" of the beholder and more like what our unconscious still adheres to from our ancestors.
