It wasn't hypocritical. It would be if he said, "You can't call people losers just because they have a different pastime than you. Also, Y are losers." Saying "X aren't losers, Y are" is like saying "Red's not the best color, blue is." It's not hypocritical, it's just a different opinion.

Reading may be stupid in one person's eyes, like me. I don't like reading. But I'm not pushy about other people doing what I do. However, oftentimes it's the readers that bitch and moan to me about //me// not liking to read. Well sucks for you but you don't control me.

If you can't go out and, literally, do anything else except to read a book, you're a loser. Plain and simple. Honestly. Devoting so much time to text is a complete waste of time. Give me the spark notes. The summary. Idgaf about how verbose the author is ffs. All I care about is the moral and even then idgaf. Reading is a complete waste of time. I'd rather just go out and do something, go for a hike, go fishing, ride my bike, sky dive, kayak, practice piano, watch a documentary, go on a date, get something to eat, go for a drive, ANYTHING EXCEPT READING. Reading is a hobby for those that suck at hobbies and live such a boring life they live vicariously through their imaginations.
