+372 Unlike in the movies, on the last day of school kids at your school never burst out of the school as soon as the bell rang throwing random papers all over the place, breaking into some sort of party. amirite?

WHAT TIME IS IT?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

That... actually happened. The principal played Alice Cooper's "School's Out" over the intercom, and some group of people thought it would be hilarious to throw the contents of their binders all over the hallway. MyLifeIsPrettyWeird.

The seniors do it every year

At my high school, they released us one class at a time, thus preventing any partying or vandalism.

Our bell doesn't even ring on the last day of school. We normally finish exams a day or two before the last day. On the last day we go to mass because I go to a Catholic school. We get off a noon, but it's pretty much just whenever we get out of mass. They're just like get your stuff and go...

The last week of my school is just exams. I finished my last exam at 10 in the morning, walked out of school when my dad came to pick me up, and only said goodbye to 3 or 4 people. Very anti-climactic. I miss elementary/middle school, where we'd go bowling, swimming, have an ice cream party and just have fun. Random fact: I typed missile school instead of middle school the first time. =P

You should have left it as missile school, that sounds so bad ass. I had a couple of teachers in high school who would let us have parties, especially senior year, but nothing like the all day parties in elementary and middle school

I agree on you with the middle/elemantary school. In our school, the last three days are finals and people can get exempted from them and other people just don't have class durning that periods final. Everyone just kind of fizzles out.
