It pisses you off when somebody on their cell phone cuts you off and you have to slam your breaks or jerk your wheel to avoid a wreck and they just drive on completely unaware that they almost ran right into you. amirite?

Cars have brakes not breaks. If your car had breaks, it should be in the shop.

I'd honk and flip them off. Once, the same person did it to my mom TWICE, so she followed them to the 7-11 told them off and punched them in the face.
