+333 People say that seniors and juniors are mean to freshman in high school, but in reality, the upperclassmen are usually helpful or leave you alone, and it's the sophomores that are mean, amirite?

Where I am, sophomores and the juniors hate the freshmen and the seniors are pretty good friends with the juniors

In my school, the whole high school hates the freshman, and the whole middle school hates the 6th graders.

In my school, it's just a joke. People say stuff like, "shut up, freshman!", or "The freshmen suck!" But usually they're kidding and everyone laughs, including the freshmen. Except for the last freshmen class, they had a lot of problems.

Today, a little freshman left her purse in a classroom that when she went to collect it had an all senior/junior calc class in it. We made the poor thing walk to the back of the room to get it and made her answer questions to pass. It was cruel yet funny.

As a senior I can say that mostly you hate the class below you in general, but underclassman are just a little..annoying. So we just kinda let them be and think "God were we that annoying once?"
