Chats in general are weird to me, I don't type fast enough to keep up and everyone's always talking to someone else. I've given it countless tries.And based on most of these comments it doesn't look very fun...

Nah, I tried it a couple times, same complaints as above - couldn't get into the conversation, didn't know what was going on, couldn't follow the conversations, and everyone knew everyone else. I don't really like chats - I much prefer forums and the Amirite comment sections, where you can think about what you type rather than trying to write a answer as fast as you can to keep up with the convo.
