I don't think thats possible, if it is, its verry rare. Most people with red hair have green eyes, and freckles.

I know more red heads with blue eyes than green eyes.. Like my entire family except me.

Ginny Weasley has red hair and brown eyes. As does Molly Weasley. That should serve as substantial proof that it's possible.

Used to be blonde, went red because it was more fun. My eyes tend to change color, some days they're blue, some days green, sometimes this icy grey color.
