A lot of comedy movies would be a lot funnier if they used bloopers whenever they could. So at the end of almost every scene the characters would burst into laughter or someone would mess up their line. amirite?

At the end of the movie, but not at the end of every scene. That would completely ruin the plot and the atmosphere.
