+472 Hearing a small child sing explicit, but popular songs, is discomforting. Shouldn't they be singing "The itsy bitsy spider," or something? amirite?

I've had students in the 3rd and 4th grade tell me celebrities that they thought were "sexy". I was seriously disturbed by that.

The other day at a country fair, there was a 7-year-old girl and her 5-year-old sister singing "If U Seek Amy" at a karaoke place. Not right.

In third grade my "boyfriend" would sing a song I never learned the name of, but at some point it went "We don't need no water, let the fucker burn!" Strange that even with songs like that our idea of romance was pretending to be pokemon together.

A four year old that I babysit loves to sing Hummingbird Heartbeat by Katy Perry very loudly, so last night I got to hear her scream, "YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I'M LOSING MY VIRGINITY! THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME THAT YOU TOUCH ME!" about 8 times.
