In no manner to offend anyone, I would like to reassure you all that not everyone here is a Christian so maybe OP hadn't known the ending. You can't expect all people to have read the Bible completely front to back when you most likely haven't read other holy books like the Torah or the Quran. In fact, many people are also atheists so they possibly don't even know or believe the fact that God had ascended in the body and soul of Jesus to Heaven.
