Actually companies get kickbacks and government jobs require a certain amount of minorities to be hired whether or not they are able to do the job.
You would be amazed at how many post office promotions or other government promotions were given to a minority just because they were a minority.

Actually, immigrants with fake papers DO pay taxes. So a lot of them are doing jobs that most Americans wouldn't touch (eg picking strawberries, artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, digging holes, tarring the roof of a building, etc) for much lower pay, and they pay taxes.
The illegal immigrants keep the economy running. The poor people will do just about anything for a really low price, things Americans wouldn't want to do. They also do not take anything from the government because they don't want to get caught so they don't take any of the public services the government offers.
