I just got my braces off on Thursday, and I have a clear retainer for now. I have to take it out to speak because the lisp is so bad, haha

Is it just me, or do the retainers hurt like hell? And I didn't put mine on for months, I wonder what'll happen :3

Yeah, same here. I wear mine maybe a couple of times a month. It hurts like hell because the teeth are slowly moving back to their original position.
