+125 What happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? The object would just break, amirite?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

The pieces of the object would have to move apart in order to be considered broken.

The situation is impossible because the existence of one means that the other doesn't exist.

ORLY? What about deflection? The force simply deflects diagonally or goes around the object. Thoughts?

The paradox is actually an irresistable force. If it deflected, even if its magnitude didn't change, something would have had to resist it to change its direction.

o. that works

Time would stop. It's the only variable left that can be changed.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

The force would just pass right through the object, neither affected by the other.
