My mom is a nurse and she wears baggy scrubs to work. Not a tight fitting, cleavage exposing shirt that can be easily ripped open or a miniskirt and a tights
I don't dress up anymore but when I was ages 7 - 12 I would always get costumes from the guys section. I was a giant tomboy and I wanted to be scary so that girly stuff wasn't gonna cut it. I've been Spiderman, the puppet from the Saw movies, GhostFace from the Scream movies, Spongebob, and a Skeleton. :D
Haha the only times I used girls costumes was when I was a witch in like kindergarten, and a powerpuff girl in third grade. All the other times I was a dinosaur, the grim reaper, a Dementor, a bloody surgeon....
Last year I decided to be Cleopatra because the picture on the bag the costume came in clearly showed a floor-length skirt. When I got the costume out at home, however, it barely covered my knees. And the collar was itchy. And the headpiece was poorly-stitched fabric instead of plastic. It was like one of those expectation/reality things. I wore it over a long-sleeved shirt and leggings but still had to take the collar off when the rhinestones started giving me a rash.
i got a female edwards scissorhands costume this year that is suprisingly not very slutty/girly. it's a pretty dark costume, and a good adaptation to the original costume. So look for stuff like that; dark, gritty costumes that are hard to make slutty lol.
shrug My costume IS from the girls' section, but it's not very 'girly'. I just turned 14, (so I'm in 8th grade) and am still small enough to fit into children's costumes. I'm Robin - like, from Batman. 8) All the girls call me nerdy, and all the guys now think I'm really cool XD
i am _ years old. I have no idea what tobe for halloween. The girl costumes are ugh ,and i want to be more like a boy but not like hulk.I want to be nutral but not like a vampire or stuff like that. What should i do?
Only one person uses tomboy queations - why did you post as an annoy? If I wasgoing to be in a costume I wouldn't want a man thing. I usually go as little red riding hood. .
I think slutty is the word you're looking for, if you walk down the women's costume isle.
I wanted to put that, but I'm also referring to the costumes with skirts that aren't slutty, because I just don't wear skirts.
Same man, same. I strongly dislike skirts and dresses.
Haha okay. Just saying
I know 8) I figured someone would, anyway.
I haven't heard anyone say tomboy in forever.
I was raised by my grandparents...so I've heard the term PLENTY of times.
Can't forget the sexy nurse... or the sexy prisoner -.-
How the hell are prisoners even sexy?!
Anyone could be a wizard if they don't like girlie girl stuff.
I don't think it's just tomboys - sadly, a lot of girl's Halloween costumes are either crap or overly-sexualised compared to the boys ones.
I'm going to be a Banana.... :D I regret nothing.

No, no it is not.
Yes, yes it is....sometimes.

I actually wore my mom's scrubs for Halloween once... I was going to a party and couldn't think of anything so I just sort of grabbed them and left d:
God damn....thats hot.
WTF!!????

I just make my costumes so I don't have to deal with all that nonsense that stores call costumes
I normally just put together my costume from stuff I already have, stuff from thrift stores, etc. It normally turns out well!

So? Switch it up and surprise people.

"All the girls call me nerdy, and all the guys think im really cool"
This statement irked me.
