If you have a life, you practice doing all the things in that life. If you sit on your ass watching tv all day and don't go to school or have a job, then yeah I guess. Life is pretty much a series of practicing life.

Yus, but for your first ten years there are a lot of changes, you start walking, talking, going to school, there is going to be so many new things, you won't have ten years to practice all that stuff in your first ten years.

If you started at 10 for when your memory starts, you'd be 20 years old when you got 10 years experience. You're older and you're still not considered experienced.
