I live in orlando. I was born and raised here. Yet, somehow I've had several people ask me what accent I have. I don't get it!

I have one of the most made fun of accents ever. I know what it sounds like.

I assume the OP meant to other people with different accents. Like to someone where I live, British accents tend to sound intelligent while Southern accents generally sound unintelligent. I've heard enough brilliant southerners and idiotic people from the UK that it is no longer ingrained in me, which is nice.
