+127 Wilson from "Home Improvement" was probably a hobo living in the front yard of the empty house next to Tim's house, which would explain why he was always in the yard, he only showed the top half of his face because he couldn't afford to shave his beard, and there were never any comments about his guests because the Taylor's were probably his whole social life, amirite?

I remember there was once an episode where we saw the inside of his house..it was a bit like Hoarders, only organized.

There have been multiple occasions where they are in Wilson's house. And he sure doesn't talk like a stereotypical "hobo."
