+125 In today's society, it's politically incorrect to hire a competent, English-speaking white person when the same job could be done by an immigrant or someone with a physical or mental disability (for the record, I'm all for equal rights, it just seems the average white person has been forgotten), amirite?

Everyone is equal. I'm all for that. You're right. It's suddenly racist to choose a well-educated white person if a colored person comes in. That's also why I'm against the whole -this-% white people, -this-% black people, etc. thing at colleges and stuff. Even if a white person is a Valedictorian with over a 4.0GPA, if they have that limit, they will need to accept the less intelligent candidate because of skin color. It's ridiculous.
