Yeah, but it doesn't go as far as others would, so it wouldn't feel like I'm going to poke through.

I'm more worried that my piercing's gonna rip through my skin because of the angle it makes when I press it down in the middle...which is a slightly more realistic concern than poking through my bellybutton.
