On the contrary, cocky guys are the best. You get it? Penis joke. Bad penis joke..

Can there just be a neither option? I don't wanna date someone that feels like they're unimportant when they're dating me, but i don't want them to think I'm unimportant.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You know that is not true, girls.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah.... I'd rather date someone that is vain and full of themselves than someone that whines about how they aren't good enough for me...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I choose... neither!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I would want to, yes, but I wouldn't want to date a person who incessantly puts themselves down and needs me to constantly compliment them. Like those girls who always say "Oh my god I am SO ugly, I need to lose weight", and then look expectantly at their friends/ boyfriends" I'm not a lesbian, so I don't date girls, but guys can be like that just as much, and it would drive me crazy.

I think I'd get more tired of my boyfriend putting himself down and all that constantly then being cocky. For some reason, being slightly arrogant is attractive to me even if it can also be annoying. :P

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah, not too much. Just a tiny bit, but i think what you're talking about is confidence.

Dating someone with low self esteem is incredibly draining. (from life experience)

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Self esteem issues are the biggest turn off for me. I don't even tolerate that trait in a friend. I just think it's utterly annoying and a waste of time.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah it is. I don't wanna be constantly lying just to make someone feel better. Hahah.
