Somebody might steal the $10,000 dollar tuba though...yes a new tuba costs as much as a car
Who the hell would you sell a stolen tuba to anyway? I mean, I don't imagine the common thief would have a bunch of friends sitting around aspiring to be a tuba player.
Maybe they want to play it, or pawn it, sell it on eBay, or to another school, etc. For what they're worth it doesn't matter if you know anybody that wants it.
The point is you don't leave valuable things out in the open
I'm aware of that.
Because you didn't know how much they're worth is my guess
Then I guess you wouldn't steal one
you obviously never heard of the inner-city Tuba massacre. fourteen people died, all because one person forgot to lock up their bloodthirsty tuba.
My favorite part of this joke is because some people put their instruments in the case then the locker so it serves as another cage.
well in our school the band instruments are in one big room that gets locked, not cages. i would feel bad putting my clarinet in a cage
I've never heard of anyone who put their instrument in a cage. O_o
I go to public school with a good band program. Instruments have been stolen if they are left out, so I make sure to put my $3000 French horn in a locker that, yes, looks like a cage. No way is someone taking it from me.
its not to keep the tuba in, its to keep others out
Yes, I'm aware of that. Ever heard of a joke?
It's so people won't steal them.
I know, it's a joke
Can't tell if this is, like, a serious post or not. Like, really?
Like, no, its, like, mean to be,like, funny, like ya know?
