Sinus infection was even an option when I searched my symptoms. The doctor said it was sinuses and I never died or gave birth so I think I'm good now.

It's cancer. It's always cancer. One time I ended up getting a nosebleed and a migraine at the same time and my mom googled it... she then freaked out and was like, "WE NEED TO GO TO THE ER NOW!!!" I said no and took a nap. I survived.
