It would be pretty cool if on any sort of gaming console there would be a "global" leaderboards for all of your wins, all of your losses, all of your kills and all of your deaths for every game you've ever played. amirite?

Yes! As well as fighters, racing games, RPGs, puzzle games, RTS's, etc.

First of all, not all multiplayer games have wins and losses. (Like RPGs). Also, the way you said it made it sound like those were the only 4 possible interesting statistics.

Because it seems to me like those stats are the ones kept track of the most, I wasn't trying to leave out other types of games and I didn't think I'd have to list EVERY kind of stat there is cause that'd be a bit rediculous and take quite a while.

I wasn't implying that you should list all of them. Perhaps also include something like, 'Distance Traveled', to be almost universal, or 'Total puzzles solved'.
