It can be very tricky because once you pour it, then the waffle/pancake soaks up all the syrup and you have no idea how much you put on. Sometimes it's just better to leave it to the professionals.

At first I read "I" instead of "you" at the beginning and I thought it was a horrible attempt at euphemism for sex. But never mind.
