+232 It is reasonable to not wash sweaters/jackets often because for the most part they do not touch your bare skin. However, it is strange that people wash pants less often just because that tiny bit of skin is covered by underpants, amirite?

I think we just don't wash garments with thick fabric as often. It's more heavy duty and whatnot.

I don't wash my pants as often because they don't ever seem to get dirty as quickly as my shirts. Plus nobody ever really notices if you wear the same pants for a while but if you wear the same shirt, someone is bound to comment about it.
