Thats where you turn to them with a menacing grin, gripping the bat tightly and say "You dare deny me my turn at beating the shit out of an inanimate object?!" And then laugh evilly. Bets are they'll hightail it out of there with their pinata breaking ways before you can carry out your implied threat of bashing their skulls in.
