As the people above me have pointed out, it would be weird but only because my pets are called Sergeant Fluffington, Gandalf, and Tortoise.
My mum's friend came to stay with us, and her name is the same as our dog's, so we'd be yelling at the dog to get off the couch and stop eating her bone in the house and she'd get really confused. It was hilarious.
I've never met anyone named Biscuit or Tribble, but i guess it would be weird.
It would be hard to take a "Patches" seriously, even if that wasn't my dogs name.
I didn't name my pets and their names are just normal names that I'd heard before (Calli and Sierra).
I think it'd be pretty cool to meet someone named Shadow. Motek, Missy or Dixie on the other hand...
I know a girl named Dixie.
Fun fact: She painted a Confederate flag on a parking spot at school and got pissed when the school painted over it.
