Yes and no...fashion is a little more stylish and functional in the winters. In summer people just don't give 2 shits about what they wear lol.

I'm the opposite! In summer I wear a ton of dresses, accesories, shorts, stylish shirts, new hairstyles, etc. In winter I lose all sense of fashion. Like, three sweatshirts, jeans. That's about it.
