As awful as this sounds, they could kill themselves and get it over with much faster right before they're supposed to die that slow,painful death. I've actually thought about this a lot. would it be worth trying to tell everyone so they could start figuring out a way to save people? Or would it be better to keep it to yourself in order to avoid chaos or just being seen as a freak that wants attention? When the time comes, would you actually have the guts to pull the trigger or would you rather die live your life as long as you possibly can, even if it's just longer by a few hours? I feel like, in the long run, it would just be better if no one knew (or tried to find out) the date.

But even if they killed themself, they would still be dying, again not much of a victory. But I see your point. It would be a tough decision. I agree though, in the end I think it would be better if people didn't know a fiery death was going to kill the entire world as we know it.

Yeahh, I'd much rather a split-second death by the bullet than a slow death by fire. I cringe just thinking about it /: It's also really depressing to think of seven billion people dying simultaneously...

Sure, I suppose if you're intelligent enough to calculate the earth's dooms day with ample time to also build and construct a vehichle to ship the earth's population to somewhere which we can all sustainably live and co-exist with sufficient oxygen, water and food sources.
