Sounds to me like you're thinking of when the stars shift to form his father's face, and it forms letters for a frame. It forms SFX, the people that did the sound for the film. If I recall correctly, that is.

Have you never heard of the topless women in The Rescuers? It's not even animated, there was an actual frame of a topless women imposed into a window in one of the scenes. And I'm sorry, but in the original cover of The Little Mermaid there is definitely something very phallic about that castle. Honestly, I don't think things like that are put there purposely by Disney, I think it's just the result of disgruntled employees. And they are so well hidden, and there are so many people working on the films, that it goes temporarily unnoticed. But I believe both have been rectified by now. Although I do agree that people try to read to much into some films, and see or hear things that aren't there.
