I realize this is a joke but menstruation cycles happen anywhere from 22 - 36 days. The probability of it happening exactly every 30/31 days, depending on the month, is very miniscule.

PMS stands for "premenstual syndrome", so it actually occurs before menstruation... but I never really thought about this. Kind of strange to know!

Yes. Menstruation signifies the end of ovulation. The fertile stage comes before menstruation, coinciding with PMS
