I feel like a lot of people of died from consistent gluttony...for ex. there are so many people that have passed away from obesity related illnesses such as diabetes and a heart attack.

I think gluttony is one of the only immediately dangerous ones. Pride might be dangerous if you piss off a crazy person and they tried to kill you.
