Because that's going to be an effective attack against someone with a gun. Most people would just shoot you, though if someone were to actually follow the logic of this post then they kinda deserve to get shot.

If you are on someones property they can legally shoot you. If you are attempting to leave, and they shoot you, that is illegal because you were trying to leave. If you walk at them backwards, it would look like you were trying to leave if you got shot, so the person who shot you would be guilty, even if the person wasn't actually trying to leave. Help?
