Uniforms aren't a big deal. I don't know why people make such a big fuss over them.
While they aren't really strict, public schools in Australia have uniforms.
So do the public schools in my city. Khakis and a white or navy polo. Though it's not really strict, its enough to where I had to go out and buy hundreds of dollars worth of clothes because it wasnt enforced until my freshman year.
