The question "Can you change your own destiny?" is very illogical. If you have a destiny, then it cannot be changed, that's what a destiny is. If you don't have a destiny, then how can you change what is not there, amirite?

Fate: “the preordained course of your life that //will occur// because of or in spite of your actions." Destiny: “a set of predetermined events within your life that you take an //active course in// shaping." There is a fine line between the two, but theses days they are mostly used interchangeably.
