+174 Overly dramatic scenes in movies like the one where two lovers are being separated and they're bawling and screaming each others name are so over the top and unnecessary they're almost comical. It's not like the guards are going to say, "Wow, it looks as if these two individuals really care for each other. We better let them go." Although it would look pretty bizarre if when they were being seized the couple just silently stared at each other, expressionless. amirite?
