Gorillaz arent artifical life, they're just animated characters only one of which has a consistant voice actor (the lead singer 2-D who is actually the guy from Blur), everyone else pretty much shifts every so often.

Yeah, I know that, but that's what I mean by artificial life. Gorillaz aren't people, but they do appear on stage and in music videos to be people with lives and such, though they are fake/artificial. I know they're not androids or whatever.
