I think the term was "pop country" or "country pop". I agree, her first album was and then she got famous and it wasn't/isn't country anymore.

Not necessarily. I'm a teenage girl and I like Taylor Swift, but that's it. I never got into any other country music, so, while that may be true in some cases, it isn't true for all teenage girls who like Taylor Swift.
