Just because there's infinite planets, stars, galaxies, etc. doesn't mean that there are gonna be any others with humans. There might, but it's almost impossible for there to be any other planets with the exact same conditions as ours. And with how random evolution is, there's no way that could happen, no matter how many planets there are

Well actually the infinite universe theory doesn't mean that on a different planet something similar is happening. It means that the electrons in the atoms are being observed differently. So really the only difference in the entire world could be a picture frame not hanging up. But this goes on for an infinite number of times so that every single possibility is fulfilled. In one universe the dinosaurs were never killed by the asteroid and they're still walking around. In another Earth itself was never formed. As for the different gender thing that couldn't really happen because we are not them. There could be the same be the same number of males as there are females now and vice versa but we are not them. We live in this universe.
