+105 It's fucking hilarious when girls hop on the high horse of morals and act disgusted with the friendzone and how guys think that kindness is currency for sex, when they're the same ones who use their attraction to garner favors or make sure that they're "still hot enough to get guys", amirite?

I don't know any girls who do that while complaining about the friendzone. Maybe they all live near you or something.

Yes, women should never attempt to use the negative stereotypes created for them in their favour. If oversexualisation of women exists, there's no way they should try to turn it around and actually get some good out of it. That's just immoral! It should be bad, or nothing! The 'friendzone' concept that friendship with women is an inferior alternative/failure compared to a romantic/sexual one IS sexist. I don't really think it's helpful when women objectify themselves either, but, like I said, maybe it takes misogyny backfiring and being used in women's favour sometimes for men to actually care about feminism. I wouldn't condemn a woman for doing this even though I don't really think it's that good a thing. Maybe if women weren't constantly sexualised, this wouldn't work. Food for thought.

I'm sick and tired of guys complaining about getting "friendzoned". Guys act as if they don't do it themselves; I bet all those boys whining over the internet have a girl they are friendzoning RIGHT now... but no one talks about about that, do they?
