I'm a bit confused because I didn't think they did know how to, I thought they only knew how it worked?

I worked at a Walmart for 7 months... Cashiers would always call off, and whenever managers would try to find someone to cashier train, they would hide or make excuses. Basically just bad quality of workers. They'll hire anyone! Now you know. ;P
