+207 Everyone should begin their working career in fast food, as a waiter, a cashier or a costumer service representative. This way, when they are older with a better job they know how important it is to tip, and to treat costumer service representatives with respect instead of yelling at them, amirite?

That would start around 16... and by the time you're 30, you'll probably forget all about it and still be a douche.

Some banker left his waitress a 1 cent tip, writing on the receipt to get a real job.

That's dumb cause if everyone decided that waitressing was too bad of a job for them then he'd have to pick up his own food..

Holy shit, that is ridiculously malicious. It's horrible how some people go out of their way to hurt others. A 1 cent tip? SERIOUSLY?

Yeah, what I don't get, is that is a real job. Not everyone can be a banker, and if she wasn't there, who would serve him his food?

That reminds me of my brother's friend. She graduated college with a major in English Lit but couldn't get a job and ended up at a coffee shop. Any time someone told her to get a real job, she started quoting Beowulf in Old English.

Haha that's pretty funny.
