Totally depends. For me, a little tattoo on the shoulder/wrist and little gauges are hot.. But size 0 gauges and both arms completley sleeved with tattoos.. Nasty.

I don't like piercings on a guy. Tattoos on a guy are whatever. But I find piercings and tattoos on a girl so hot.
