Oh.. erm... I kinda forgot it was almost excludive to South East Asia... It's cold tea mixed with fruit syrup and milk with little black 'pearls' of some kind of starchy thing. Sometimes people replace the tea with cold water, or blended ice, or a kind of yogurt. If you ever come to Singapore or Malaysia you should try some. Honey dew, green apple and mango are some of my favourites. Also try the little bits of jelly.

Oh and Hot tea is nasty >.< It's much better sweet and refrigerated
