If you're 30 and taking examples from a 16 year old, you need to reevaluate your life.

I don't really think that's true at all. If a 30 year old sees a teenager who consistently works hard and succeeds, they might wonder why they aren't doing that if someone younger than them is.

It makes me rage when people treat those younger than them like idiots. I have friends years younger and years older than me. It really doesn't matter. I also feel like teachers will either not listen to your ideas because you're young, or patronize them. TREAT ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING. I'M 16 NOT FIVE. JUST BECAUSE I DISAGREE WITH YOU IT DOESN'T MEAN I'M WRONG. Which is why I never say anything.

Part of the reason I love this quote so much is become it came from my English teacher, who is probably one of the most open minded people I know and he would never look down on us because we're young.
